Job Description

IT Executive should be able to inspect computer networks and servers and ensure maintaining the same. In addition to this, you should be able to maintain an accurate and detailed documentation of all IT processes.IT Executive should make sure all the Internet Networks, System access and Security is maintained along with the no downtime for any executive. Implementation of New SAAS or Systems and Train team.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.

• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.

Task and Activities

• Server and Cloud Maintenance: Data backup, check desktop of server and users laptop/systems, check ID logins, server temperature and voltage, check internet conn and note speed, weekly G-suit backup, Yearly movement of old year data, server maintenance, server windows update, ESSL user addition.
• Website & profile Management: Website updation and marketing.
• Software and Hardware Maintenance: check software and hardware, checking software/hardware list, maintenance of hardware devices
