Job Description

An Intern should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor and will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
  • Assist in Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
  • Assist in Creating user accounts and performing access control.
  • Assist in Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
  • Assist in Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
  • Assist in Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
  • Assist in Developing fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Assist in Implementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assist in Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Assist in Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
  • Assist in Oversee daily operations of the HR department
