Job Description

Human resource managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized

Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: - Website Updation/Marketing Profile Updation, Employee Engagement activities, To Maintain Asset list, Onboard Team Member, Off board Team Member, Onboard Virtual Team Member, Off board Virtual Team Member, Onboard Client, VRT Onboarding, Candidate KYC & Docs Collection, Agreement for Team Birthday Celebration Policy Changes Amendment In Every 3 Month Create Performance Certificate Support Team PRT/VRT, Payroll PSALLP VCT Payroll PSALLP.
  • Recruitment Drive: - Social media, Newspaper, ICAI, WhatsApp, Campus Interview.
  • Prospect to Acceptance: - Keeping Record of Candidate PSALLP Database management.
  • Job roles and Job Descriptions: - Prepare JD & JR whenever Hiring Took Place for Relevant Position.
  • Agreement Drafting: - Re Draft Agreement Whenever any Changes made in regular clause.

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Master of business administration degree in HR, Business Management.

Skills

  • Proven Experience as a Client Relationship Manager
  • Knowledge of customer Relationship Managment (CRM) practices
  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service is Preferred
