Job Description

Client Relationship Intern assist to improve business relationships with partner firms and clients. Relationship management is generally divided into two fields: client relationship management and business relationship management. Both fields share the common goal of facilitating good relationships so businesses can maximize the value of those relationships and maintain a good reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in Building positive relationships with customers
  • Assisting with generating new business
  • Assisting in Identifying opportunities for greater profits
  • Assisting in Understanding customer needs and develop plans to address them
  • Assisting in Identifing key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
  • Assisting in Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Assisting in Forwarding upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
  • Assisting in Promoting high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Assisting in Aiming to preserve customers and renew contracts
  • Assisting in Approaching potential customers to establish relationships
  • Assisting in Gaining solid knowledge of competitors
